Oct 24, 2025 笹目の作業場 1年点検｜Sasame Workshop – One Year Inspection

竣工から一年。あっという間に一年点検の時期を迎えました。

施工を担当してくださった相川スリーエフのご担当者とともに、建物の内外を確認。

いくつか細かな調整は必要でしたが、大きな問題もなく、午前中で無事点検を終えました。

2階のバルコニーでは植栽がだいぶ根づき、緑の景色がようやくこの場所に馴染みはじめています。 A year has passed since the completion, and it was time for the first annual inspection.Together with the site supervisor from Aikawa 3F, we carefully checked the building inside and out.A few minor adjustments were needed, but overall, everything has aged beautifully and without major issues.On the second-floor balcony, the greenery has taken root—slowly becoming part of the place itself.
