June 16, 2025 浅草橋のクリニック着工 Construction of a clinic in Asakusa-bashi begins

昨年末より設計を進めて参りました、浅草橋のクリニックが先日着工いたしました。クライアントのご意向により、私田村がかつてニューヨーク市でお世話になったアーティストである、荒川修作さんの作品がデザインモチーフとなっています。診察室の壁面は全て傾斜していて、待合エリアには体験型のアート作品なども複数設置予定です。臨床の枠内にとどまらず多様な活動拠点としても、今後の展開が楽しみなプロジェクトです。

Construction of a clinic in Asakusa-bashi, which we have been designing since the end of last year, has recently begun. The design motif is based on the work of Shusaku Arakawa, an artist I worked with in New York City. The walls of the examination rooms are all sloped, and several interactive art pieces will be installed in the waiting area. We look forward to the future development of this project as a base for a variety of activities, not only within the framework of clinical practice.
